I am thrilled to officially welcome the Class of 2031 to the GEAR UP Journey to College, Career & Success grant. As your GEAR UP Coordinator, I have the unique privilege of walking alongside our 7th-grade students and their families not just for this year, but all the way through 2032!

GEAR UP is more than just a program; it is a long-term commitment to your student’s future. Over the next several years, we will explore career paths, visit college campuses, and build the academic skills needed to turn big dreams into reality. Whether the goal is a university degree, a technical certification, or a successful career path, we are here to provide the resources and support to get there. I am so excited to watch this class grow and to celebrate every milestone with you from now until graduation and beyond. Let’s make this journey incredible Longhorns!
